Are health and safety responsibilities clearly defined? Do Head Teachers or senior managers understand who is responsible for what?

Are significant health and safety risks identified and risk assessments carried out by trained employees with specialist knowledge of the Education sector?

Do you have unlimited access to Education focused health and safety resources including guidance notes, risk assessments and process overviews?

Have all employees including senior management been trained to ensure they are able to meet their health and safety obligations? e.g. fire safety and hazard awareness training.
